  • What size should I order?

    Our products run true to size; some styles are offered in whole sizes and some in half sizes. If you are inbetween sizes and the style you are interested in is only offered in whole sizes, we recommend sizing up.

  • Where can I find your products locally?

    Our full assortment is available at mykos.com; our products are also carried in retailers across the country. If you’d like us to provide specific retailers in your area, please email us at support@mykos.com

  • Should I size up or down on product?

    Our products run true to size; some styles are offered in whole sizes and some in half sizes. If you are inbetween sizes and the style you are interested in is only offered in whole sizes, we recommend sizing up.

  • How do I care for my product?

    If your Mykos shoes are dirty, use a mild detergent and wipe the dirty area with a clean damp cloth. Let your product dry in the shade. Do not put product in a washer or dyer. Also, never submerge product in water. We recommend an initial snug fit. In time, the upper will stretch and lining will shape to your foot creating a prefect fit just for you.

    Some styles are pre-treated with HydroGaard, a water and stain resistant technology.

Returns

  • How long do I have to return an item?

    We offer a 30 day return window and a 60 day exchange window.

  • How do I initiate a return or exchange?

  • Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

    We offer FREE exchanges; if it is a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost that will automatically be deducted through our return system.

  • Can I exchange an item for a different product?

    Yes, we offer a 60 day exchange window.

  • How long does it take to process a return?

    Refunds will be processed within 10- 14 business days of the receipt of the return via the same payment method in which you purchased. The time it takes to post a credit to your account varies and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.

  • Do I need to return the original packaging?

    Yes, original packaging is required.

Shipping

  • What shipping methods do you offer?

    We offer UPS ground, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day.

  • Once ordered, when will my order ship out?

    All orders are shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders placed before 9:00am PST (Noon EST) usually ship out the same day.

  • Do you deliver orders on the weekend?

    Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.

  • Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

    Yes.

  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FOP addresses?

    We do not.

  • What happens if my product gets lost in transit?

Product

  • Do your products offer arch support?

    They do not; however the majority of our styles offer removable insoles you can place your own custom insole/orthotic in some of the styles.

  • Are your insoles removable?

    Majority of our styles offer removable insoles; please check the product listing for more information.

  • Do you offer wide widths?

    We do not currently offer wide widths, but our fall/winter collection will include wide options.

  • Where are Mykos products manufactured?

    All Mykos products are designed and managed in California, and are produced in China.

Warranty

  • What is the warranty period?

    Mykos proudly stands behind its product with a 1 year warranty against defective materials and factory workmanship. All items sent in for warranty which are older than one year from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that Mykos will use its discretion to offer an exchange or credit but does not perform product repairs.
