Free Shipping: We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping and exchanges within the U.S. on orders over $74.99. Products ordered with Standard shipping normally arrive within 4-5 business days.
General Information: We have 2 warehouses; the 1st warehouse is located in Louisville, KY and the 2nd warehouse is located in San Diego, CA. We ship orders between 8am and 3pm (PST) Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders placed before 9:00am PST (Noon EST) usually ship out the same day. Weekend orders will be processed the next business day. Please note that expedited orders do not include processing time (1-2 business days).

Mykos has a 30-day return or 60-day exchange policy. To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following criteria:
- Be in new and unused condition
- Be sent back as a complete pair in the original packaging

Exchanges and store credits are free. Please note that you are only allotted 1 exchange unless you received a defective product. If you would prefer a refund, you will be charged a handling fee of $9.95.
