Mykos Warranty Policy
Mykos proudly stands behind its product with a 1-year Warranty against defective materials and factory workmanship. All items sent in for warranty which are older than one year from the date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that Mykos will use its discretion to offer an exchange or credit but does not perform product repairs.
The Mykos Warranty applies only to authentic product purchased directly from www.mykos.com or an authorized retailer or Authorized Web-Retailer.
Unauthorized sellers on websites such as Amazon may sell products that are used, refurbished, counterfeit, stolen, defective, or have defaced, missing, or altered product labels. These products are not covered under the Mykos Warranty. To confirm if a retailer is authorized, please contact us at support@mykos.com.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Items not purchased from an authorized website or retailer Items over 1 year old from the date of purchase (valid proof of purchase is necessary)
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Water damage
- Lost or stolen goods
- Products altered from original state
